General terms and conditions of service
The sale terms and conditions below described rule the contractual relations between the users of the website www.arantzada.com and the company Antica Fabbrica del Dolce Nuorese s.a.s. with registered office in Via Santa Croce, 4 - 08100 Nuoro, Italy, VAT Number 01102650916.
These general conditions are the only ones applicable and substitute any other, except for any preliminary expressed and written derogation. Antica Fabbrica del Dolce Nuorese s.a.s may sometimes find necessary to modify some general conditions statements; we therefore invite customers to consult them before each website visit.
An order validation implies the acceptance of the following sale terms and conditions.

3. Orders
All the items listed in our catalogue are normally immediately available. Antica Fabbrica del Dolce Nuorese s.a.s. shall never be held accountable for the temporary unavailability of one or more products.
Orders will be processed every Monday and will be shipped within 48 hours.
We produce day by day; we can generally ship the requested products the day after the order and have them delivered between 2 and 5 days, depending on the destination. We are not responsible for delays in the delivery due to not foreseen circumstances and reasons of force majeure. Should we have production problems we would immediately call you to reschedule the order and its delivery.
You may cancel the orders not yet fulfilled by contacting our Customer Service, they will take care of their cancellation and the amounts paid will be automatically refunded on the card used for the payment.
For every destination in Italy, San Marino and Vatican City it is possible to pay cash on delivery; in case you wish to use this method you must place the order by phone or via e-mail; such orders will anyway be processed in the same way and timeframe of the orders incoming through the actual e-commerce built-in functionality of our online shop.
The highest quantity you can order in our online shop all at once is 500 pieces.
The prices shown here include VAT and are expressed in Euro (EUR, €). For customers residing outside the EU, the order amount will automatically be converted in Euro by the bank which issued their credit card.
Antica Fabbrica del Dolce Nuorese s.a.s. will apply the VAT rates as per the D.P.R. 633/72, with the related exceptions for sales to customers residents within or outside the EU.
The VAT amount, when due, will be calculated during the order placement.
4. Prices, VAT and currency
We use SDA courier to ship all over Europe. Every shipment will be handed to the express courier best servicing your location; you will be informed in due course and provided with the name of the courier handling your parcel.
Shipping is free for any order value equal to or above 80 Euro.
Shipping costs for extra European countries may vary over time, therefore we invite you to call us or drop us an e-mail specifying the details of the order you wish to place and your destination; it will be our care to contact you back with the best quotation of a courier amongst the renowned ones servicing your area; after which you will be able to actually place the order.
The DPR IVA 633/1972, article 12, states that, as transport is considered an "accessory service" in respect to the "main service" which is the product sale, it will be sold with the same VAT rate.
If the sale is made with goods classified with different VAT rates, the transportation VAT rates will respectively follow suit.
An additional flat rate of € 4,00 will apply to cash on delivery.
5. Transport and costs
The goods always travel with a packing list (DDT).
Customers with VAT number: Antica Fabbrica del Dolce Nuorese s.a.s. sends a copy of the fiscal invoice via e-mail in PDF electronic format when the order is processed.
Private customers: As per art. 2, comma 1 of D.P.R. 696/96 (no obligation to issue the fiscal document for mail order sales), Antica Fabbrica del Dolce Nuorese s.a.s. will issue the invoice upon request and will send it via e-mail in PDF electronic format when the order is processed.
The private customer can request the invoice when placing the order.

We guarantee our product for one year as long as you keep it in a dry cool place, anyway in case it would not be fresh and you would send it back we will substitute it, even for reasons not depending on us.
In this case the shipping cost of giving it back will be at your charge, while we will bear the cost of sending the product back to you.
Should you receive a damaged parcel, we kindly ask you to accept it conditionally and to immediately point that out in the delivery document, describing every detail. This will allow us to make the appropriate claim to the courier.
In this case all shipping costs will be on us. We must though decline all accountability for the acceptance of a damaged parcel not verified during the delivery in presence of the transporter.
The Customer Service will contact you for any issue relating to the ordered goods shipping.

Antica Fabbrica del Dolce Nuorese s.a.s accepts payments through both the PayPal and the Stripe systems. For customers within the Italian territory Paypal accepts the most relevant credit cards (AURA, VISA, VISA ELECTRON, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS) and prepaid cards (such as PAYPAL Ricaricabile, PostePay, HYPE), while Stripe allows to complete transactions using directly VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS cards and the Apple pay system if supported by the device.
The list of the accepted cards may vary in other countries.
Online payments occur as soon as the transaction is completed and through a protected and secure protocol ensuring absolute privacy on the transmission of the card details which will never be visible to any other user on the net.
For the customers outside the Euro zone, the order amount will be converted in Euro at their bank’s daily rate.
The cash on delivery payments may be done through cash or bank draft made payable to Antica Fabbrica del Dolce Nuorese s.a.s.
The online payments are due to take place as soon as the order transaction is completed in a protected and secure manner ensuring absolute privacy on the transmission of the card details, which will never be disclosed online. The security of the card details transmission is guaranteed by PayPal secure servers which use the security international 128 bit protocol SSL. This protocol encrypts your card details, preventing anyone else from decoding them. Stripe forces HTTPS for all services using TLS (SSL).
9. Transactions security
Antica Fabbrica del Dolce Nuorese s.a.s. guarantees that the products to be delivered will equal the ones shown and described in this website, as well as their integrity when leaving its premises.
The colours and images of the products offered for sale may differ from the actual ones due to your internet browser and screen settings. In case of packaging modification, the pictures may not be consistent with the external aspect of the product eventually delivered.
The essential products features are presented in each product section.
In any case in which the product should appear as inedible or not complying with the expected standard Antica Fabbrica del Dolce Nuorese s.a.s. commits to substitute the altered goods at its own expense.
Furthermore, Antica Fabbrica del Dolce Nuorese s.a.s. guarantees the full compliance with all laws and regulations related to the edible products maintenance until their delivery to the courier.
10. Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the goods purchased, you can send them back to us within 10 days, in their original packaging, at the following address:

The shipping cost will be at your charge. The parcel shall contain the fiscal and transport documents.
The choice of being reimbursed or receive other goods in exchange is yours, we kindly ask you to confirm which solution you wish to pursue with our Customer Service.
11. Right to withdraw
We always prefer to commit to amicably solve any issue and controversy related to an order.
If we really cannot make it, for a private customer resident in Italy, the competent court is by the customer’s residence. In any other situation the competent court shall be the one in Nuoro.
